    Description

    publicError::__construct(string$message = "", int$code = 0, ?Throwable$previous = null)

    Constructs the Error.

    Parameters

    message

    The error message.

    code

    The error code.

    previous

    The previous throwable used for the exception chaining.

    The message is NOT binary safe.
