    Construye una instancia ReflectionParameter.

    Parámetros

    function

    La función a reflejar parámetros.

    parameter

    O bien un int especificando la posición del parámetro (empezando con cero), o un nombre de parámetro como string.

    Valores devueltos

    No devuelve ningún valor.
